From ordering to installation, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. I called multiple times for help during the installation process and he never once sounded annoyed—he patiently guided me through every step. You rarely see this level of dedication anymore.

The blind was made and delivered very fast even though I ordered it just before Christmas. The installation was quick and easy with no issues. Programming took me a little longer as I didn’t read the instructions correctly, but after watching a quick YouTube video of how to program the opening and closing positions it was done in seconds. They fit and look great, so I have ordered 3 more for the rest of the bedrooms.
I love them! It was a bit touch and go with installment but once we had one up the other 2 were fairly easy to install. I love how neat they look, no dangling bits!
Works a treat — sleep-ins made a little too easy now! Instructions were a little hard to decipher at first but we got the hang of it.
