- Alternatively, for a better user experience, you can use a free plugin or a small code snippet to limit the number of checkboxes a user can select (e.g., limit to 6). Gravity Forms has tutorials for this in their documentation.

Confirmation & Notifications
- Submit Button Text: In Form Settings, change the default “Submit” to something more descriptive like “Send My Free Samples”.
- Confirmation Message: Set up a confirmation message that appears after submission, like: “Thank you! Your fabric samples are on their way. You will receive a confirmation email shortly.”
- Admin Notification: Ensure the notification email that you receive contains all the form fields, especially the full address and the list of selected colours, so you can easily fulfil the order.
